How to request a hardware ID reset when you change PCs or reinstall Windows.
When you need a reset
Use an HWID reset if you moved to a new PC, reinstalled Windows, or changed major hardware and the loader no longer recognizes your license.
How to request
- Join the official Venza Discord.
- Open a support ticket and select HWID Reset.
- Include your purchase email / order ID and product name.
- Wait for staff confirmation before launching again.
Limits
Resets are limited per license to prevent sharing. Abuse may result in a denied request. See the Refund Policy for related terms.
